Team Member: Zoe

When and where did you begin in the industry?

Trained within a salon called ‘Rush’, I then became a Colour Technician and worked there for 2 years. I then joined GM’s and have now been in the industry for 12 years.

 

What year did start at GM’s and what is your position?

I’ve been with GM’s for ten years and I’m an Artistic Director.

 

What do you love about this industry?

I love meeting new people on a daily basis and solving peoples hair problems.

 

Achievements? (Personal or work)

Working in a fantastic salon, with a great team and working my way to the top level of Designer. I also received an achievement award for my 10 years service for GM’s.
I’ve recently passed my driving test and bought my first car. I’m also a property owner and on the first rung of the ladder!

 

Plans/Goals for the future?

I’d like to pass on my knowledge of hairdressing onto my colleagues and become more of a team player.
I’d like to move up the property ladder and buy a house. I’d like to upgrade my car to an Audi or BMW. I’d like to settle down get married and have children.

 

What or whom inspires you?

The Management Team at GM’s. Within the industry, Trevor Sorbie. I’m also inspired by success and happiness.
